The Best World of Warcraft Guides
I have been playing WoW for over 3 years and have used a number of guides durning this time. When I first started playing I simply enjoyed the dynamics of the game, exploring my professions mostly and not really worrying about leveling quickly. Then as my friends leveled to 60, I was being left behind in raids, they were getting the best gear and mounts. That’s when I knew I needed to level quickly, especially with the expansion packs coming out.
Here are the best leveling and gold guides we have used and strongly suggest you have a look if you want to get to level 80 with as much gold as possible.
Best Overall World of Warcraft Guide - Ultimate World of WarCraft Guide

The best part of this guide is the Ultimate Package. It has everything you need for Alliance AND Horde leveling. It also contains a World of Warcraft Gold Guide on how to make 200+ gold an hour.
This guide truly is the Ultimate if you are serious about World of Warcraft as there are also Profession Guides, beginners guides, class and talent gudies, plus much more.
I would recommend getting the Ultimate Wow Guide Complete Package on the purhcase options page, as you will never need anything else. But if you feel that is to much for you the individual packages are also available.
Practically what I like about Ultimate World of Warcraft guide is that they have broken aspects of the game into specific areas. As mentioned above I was more intersted in my profession when I started, so with this guide if I want to know everything for say, Fishing, I can just focus on that aspect of the game. When I start a new toon I always want to level as fast as possible. So I simply use the leveling aspects of the guide and then once I am up 70+ I then start to make my gold to ensure I get all the right gear for PVP domination.

Best Guide for Horde Leveling – Zygors Horde In Game Leveling Guide.

This is my main guide for Horde Leveling. The in-game quest guide is perfect for simply being able to complete quests. We all know that completing quests FAST is the quickest way to level any toon. The in-game guide means no more alt-tabing out to check a website guide, like Thottbot. In addition you also get a arrow marker that points you exactly where you need to go, with distance and time on how long it will take you. The arrow also changes color. Red for a long way away, to yellow to green when you are really close. You also get on map aids, that pinpoint where you should be heading towards and is fully cusomtizable.
In addition to the in-game guide, there are bonus materials. Death Knight players guide for those with Toons at level 55 you can start a Death Knight. There is an Inscription Leveling guide one of the latest professions to be added to the game. A talent guide build so that you know where to spend your precious talent points and finally a Nether Drake Guide.
While those guides are useful the main benefit is still the in-game quest helper. I have not used the Alliance Guide from Zygor so cannot fully comment on that side, but given the success of the Horde leveling guide I would say safely that the alliance guide is high quality.
One thing you need to keep in mind with these guides is that they are specifically used for leveling and you will miss out on other aspects of the game when soley using the guide to play. For example, I don’t complete raids in when using a leveling guide, in fact my social aspect drops off, much to my Guild’s frustration.
Also Zygors leveling guides are made to get you through levels as quick as possible so there are even times when you are on a quest path and you hand in a quest but are instructed not to accept the next quest in the story line. If these are important to you then you CAN still complete those quests, you just won’t have the use of the guide on those ones, and then re-join the leveling guide later.
Nevertheless, if you are sick of struggling from 30-80 and grinding away feeling you are not getting anway then you need to have Zygors guide (I especially hate 50-60!)

Best Guide for Gold – Gold Secrets

This is easily the best gold secrets guide out there. Do you remember when WoW first came out and you used to BUY gold off the internet?, through ebay? Well I do. I cannot believe I did when you see the secrets in this guide. This gold guide is the quickest way to accumulate gold period. This gold guide has been around for over 3 years and is constantly updating. There is even a regular Gold Secrets newsletter that lets you know the latest ways to make more and more gold.
I remeber when I was worried about not having enough to buy my epic mount, well these days are in the past. With my main character having 1000′s of Gold my other toons that I level just get a hand out as I have more then enough gold for mounts and the best gear. So all my new classes level quickly with the best gear around.
Gold Secrets is not one side specific and includes secrets for Horde and Alliance at all levels, so don’t think you need to be 60+ to benefit from this guide, anyone can start making in game gold today.
This guide is more then just about gold. It has a focus on those rare items that you never seem to be able to find. This is the main aspect why you need a separate Gold Guide as some of the leveling guides miss these rare items that will have your toon the envy of your guild. You also learn the best ways to make money form vendors, not just the AH. How to farm for rare patterns, great for you leather and cloth professionals.
This guide includes detailed maps, images and paths to exact locations and has been updated for the Wrath of the Lich King. So now you can make sure you have the gold you need for your epic flying mount

Best Guide for Alliance Leveling - Team IDemise

Now, I personally have not used Team IDemise leveling guides, quite a few of my friends have that play Alliance, I only ever play Horde, perhaps one day I will see what I am missing out on.
The reason given from my friends for this guide is simply, these guys are gamers that want to be the fastest. While the guide looks pretty similar to Zygor there are some notable differences. One that stands out is the in game pro tips and talent guide, very cool, you simply press you talents hot key (‘N’), pfft or the button with your mouse, and it will automatically detect what class you are and tell you the best talent guide to level your class.
Probably the main reason I have not looked into this guide in the past is the price, $67 per guide Alliance or Horde, whereas Zygor is only $50 for pretty much the same thing. The IDemise guide has a lot more detail in it’s quest helper and has a number of extra features around talents and generally is more professional but for the extra money if you are looking to level only for Alliance I’d check out Zygors guide first.
In addition if I am spending $67 on a guide I’d prefer to get the Ultimate World of Warcraft Guide complete package for $97, for the extra $30 I am getting everything that I could want from leveling, PVP, Gold, Professions and Talents.
